My lawyer's office provides services throughout Germany. The team's operations focus on retainers involving disability law, medical law, anti-discrimination law und criminal law. I also deal with commercial law, contract law und law of torts and damages.
The services I can render on your behalf include consulting activities, drawing up expert opinions, holding negotiations and representing your interests in German courts.
Legal disputes are not always confined to court proceedings. Where applicable I will therefore develop concepts with your assistance as to how you can best protect yourself against negative out-of-court consequences of a (criminal law) case. I can also address the opportunities open to you in respect of presenting your legal case in public.
My services are rendered as part of an office-sharing arrangement, "Bürogemeinschaft 124" (BG 124), with seven other lawyers. The advantage for you is that you call on my services as an individual lawyer and thus have access at all times to a personal contact person. At the same time you benefit from the co-operation within BG 124 and the infrastructure of a major lawyer's office.
